โข Brief technical proposal describing relevant NGO and donor-funded project audit experience
โข Proposed methodology, work plan and quality assurance arrangements
โข Names and short CVs of the engagement partner and key audit team members
โข Valid ICAB registration or practice certificate, trade licence, TIN and BIN/VAT registration
โข At least two recent references from NGO or donor-funded audit clients
โข Separate professional fees for each audit, reimbursable expenses, VAT and consolidated total
โข Signed declaration of independence, confidentiality and absence of conflict of interest
