There have been gradual involvements in networking, alliance building and influencing kind of activities. After several ups and downs, and shifts in programmes emphases over one and half decades, PRAN will now – responding to the current needs – pursue empowerment and rights of poor women, adolescents, and children as two main areas of concentration through all its strategic, programmatic and organizational endeavors. This will be done based on:

• The organization of direct presence in the field, innovation, diversification and learning from there.
• Development of appropriate governance, management and leadership at all levels of the organization.
• All out efforts to build people’s organizations through appropriate programmes and alliances.
